must admit, this does look somewhat strange
any chance of getting admin access to have a look ? (if you add them here , make sure you set it to be a private reply)also, have you tried changing the theme to something like twentysixteen (not likely to be the cause i admit, but worth eliminating the possibility it’s theme related)

you really should be speaking to your host / email provider
as it happens, and it’s completely un-wppizza related, every now and again my email client on my phone also decides to receive everything 2x . so it may not even be a host issue but an email client issue (with a screwed up popstate file for example)

i dont really remember usernames, but there are not that many people using epay.dk so your domain rings a bell somewhatneedless to say if you havent change anythig, i havent either so i can only assume epay.dk did not send the notifications to your server. maybe check your account settings there and/or have a chat with them

did/can you make sure your referring domain in your epay.dk amount is set to your domainessentially you are not receiving notifications from epay.dk at your domain at
wp-content/plugins/wppizza-gateway-epay.dk/ipn/ipn.phpcan/have you enabled debug ? (http://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/)
anything in your debug.logs ?to check that you have enabled a gateway (WPPizza->Gateways)
have you checked the gateways as suggested ?
i dont know what you set there as i have no access to your adminforget debug. i know where the problem is.
i have seen it once before – when installing the plugin (or were you upgrading something from somewhere ?) the default options are missing.
easily fixed by doing the following:– goto: wppizza->ingredients.
– select the “options” tab at the top of that page. save that page.now you will have defaults for that page installed, it should all work now and you should be on your way

there must be some sequence of events (or perhaps some server timeout or something) that causes this . Alas, i simply cannot reproduce this behaviour here so the fix above will have to suffice until someone can tell me the exact sequence of event (version numbers , upgrade from where if any . what was installed first etc etc..)can you please enable debug there like so:

just generally speaking.of course i will see what i can do about those warning but most of these seem to be related to a particular version of php perhaps – hence the question

first of all, allow me to ask you this:
– is/was this an update from wppizza version 2.x to 3.x ?
– did you read and follow the update instructions if it was an update from 2.x ?will be addressed in the next update, they are quite inconsequential as such , but will be taken care of
these don’t appear here of course, but i cannot know what your setup is so might have something to do with that. in any event, its easy enough to avoid/fix
(and if you see them in the frontend, you should make sure to log notices, warnings etc , NEVER output them om production servers . just saying
