i would need – at least – a screenshot of your settings and a link to your site
alternatively access details to your site so i can have a look(if you post access details here, make sure you mark the reply as private)
– you can set styles for the popup (just like any other styles really ) using css
– the “schliessen” (closed) overlay showing up is really an omission by your theme to account for screenreaders (although recent versions of the add ingredients extension actually account for that too for themes that do not deal with it properly )have you checked your WP timezone settings ?
a) choose a “pre-select” “custom group type”
b) there are lots of classe and id’s you can use in your css as you requireyou need to speak to your host
403 is a server error/status i cannot do anything about in the plugin
did you read and follow the upgrade instructions ?
http://docs.wp-pizza.com/getting-started/?section=upgrade-v2-x-v3-x(also, there is no 3.1)

i don’t think anyone can account for restaurant owners not checking their orders
they could have mobile phones with email clients that notify them or indeed cloudprint that prints out orders when they come in automatically. alas if they don’t check this there isn’t really much one can do , don’t you think ?>at least from thank you page interaction, the customer going to call/alert the restaurant before it’s too late.
i don’t think it’s up to the customer to make sure orders have been noted by th erestaurant. in any case you cannot guarantee that the customer does not just close the browser anywayagain, you could use some filters to add stuff like that , but it will still need the restaurant to actually check things. the onus should be on the provider to make sure things get delivered, not the customer. (that’s the way i see things anyway)

here tooThis reply has been marked as private.can you please go to
https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppizza&page=settings
and enable
Log failed orders
as well as
Errors to admin email, do a test order with epay.dk and let me know – if it fails – what email you will have received at the admin email as well as any probably generated logfiles in wppizza/logs
might give us more of a clue as to where exactly it fails
thanks
the thank you page (in fact all pages) are filterable to your hearts content
so with using the filter here
http://docs.wp-pizza.com/developers/?section=wppizza-markup-pages-page-thankyou-phpand some added ajax/js this is probably doable
suffice to say , i do not think this is something i will be adding/addressing anytime soon as its really not something that seems to be an issue to most users
>Everything is working now!
hooraythanks, looks all reasonable
couple of things. can you send me (if there are) any logfiles in wppizza/logs to dev[at]wp-pizza.comalso, if you have set up a secret key in your epay.dk account, can you enter it in th egateway settings please ? (and if you do not have one set up , perhaps it’s mandatory now within epay.dk, not sure. either way it’s better to do that anyway)
>cannot be 100% sure that’s the issue
strike that actually.
I am quite certain that that’s the issue as you are missing a db table due to using an old mysql versionsmtp plugin and your php notices (though i’ll see if i i can reproduce and eliminate them )
are most certainly not the issuecan i have admin access to have a look ?
(if you post credentials here, make sure you set the reply to be private)kind of surprised it even let you install the plugin without throwing warnings all over the place –
unless you just copied the whole setup from somewhere of course (?!)you have mysql 5.1 installed from what i can see
it should be at least 5.5
see requirements https://wordpress.org/plugins/wppizza/(cannot be 100% sure that’s the issue , but even if it is not, it *will* cause issues further down the line)
once you have updated mysql , go to
yourdomain / wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppizza&page=tools&tab=maintenance
enable “Update order table” and save that page once -
