      Hi,

      I seem to have found a small issue where if the customer creates an order for collection but then switches to delivery on the checkout page (after already filling out their postcode, etc..) by un-ticking the collection tickbox, the total updates but it doesn’t include the delivery charge for the postal area entered. e.g. postcode area DE24 should charge £2.

      I found that changing the postcode to a different zone (e.g. DE21) then switching back to DE24 does then add the correct charge to the total, but a customer has avoided the charge and I think this is how they did it.

      Using wppizza 3.10.1 and postcode extension 4.0.26.
      Website is http://www.mahmaan.com but ordering is only possible 17:30-23:00 UK time.

        first of all, please enable debug like so

        and let me know what – if anything – appears in your debug.log when this is happening

          There doesn’t seem to be anything relevant in debug.log, tons of errors but they occur exactly the same even when the bug doesn’t, relating to sidebars, etc… will send a copy anyway as private. I know errors aren’t great but they don’t appear to be linked to this issue.

          Have worked out that the bug only shows when ordering for the 1st time, or after clearing browser cache/cookies etc, so it’s easier to test on a new browser each time I’ve just got it to happen on Chrome, Edge and Safari. Each time, after clearing the order and going back through the process it never experiences the bug again till cache is cleared.
