so – i might be wrong though – it sounds like your host is doing some aggressive caching in mobile environments (though i cannot reproduce your described behaviour here)
may i ask who is your host ?
(i might also be able to account for this in an update, but one step at a time)
It shouldn’t be doing any caching. I host on Google Cloud Compute (like AWS) built off a Debian image and I didn’t install Varnish or anything. I’m using Cloudflare but do not have any minifying or caching set.
It’s something with my phone. Can’t figure out what, but I’m guessing Chrome is caching somehow. I can’t reproduce the problem with anyone else’s phone. I apologize for not checking before asking. Just panicked a little bit.
