      Hi I’ve setup my Stripe and payments come through just fine. In my Stripe options I have set it to send the customer an email from Stripe confirming payment however these are not coming through. I thought maybe this was an issue with Stripe however I contact them and they told me it maybe an issue with the plugin not giving Stripe the email address concerned?

      What would you advise I do next Olly to get receipts emails working?

                  i’ll have to look at the API and might have to change something in the plugin. not sure yet.
                  I was under the impression stripe does this automatically if it’s enabled, but this does not seem to be the case for some reason.

                  I’ll see what i can find. might take a few days though

                      Yes I was under the impression it would be automatically setup seeing as Stripe asks for your email when making payments! No problem thanks

                        me too. I contacted stripe and see what they have to say (i also tried by adding another variable to the script , but without success from what i can see)…

                        I’ll/we’ll have to wait for some feedback from them to find out what’s going on….

                        will post an update once i know ..

                          I just wanted to confirm after having done 2 test transactions that email receipts now come through from Stripe.
