      I have the following problems. I had the same problem before. The update to the new version resolved it but unfortunately I have noticed that the problem is coming back. The customer is loading and adding items to the shopping cart but unfortunately it says pre-ordering is not possible at the bottom of the version wppizza-preorder-3.12. I also have the same problem. When the problem occurs I have to delete wppizza-preorder-3.12 and reinstall wppizza-preorder-3.12 and then it works again. This always happens after about 3 months. I would like a solution.

        can I have a url please where I can see this ?
        can I see a screenshot of your preorder plugin settings please?
        Are you caching pages that should not be cached perhaps ?

          Sorry for the late reply. I was in bed with the flu for a few days. Here’s the link. I deleted and reinstalled it. I’ll let you know the settings.

            Hi

            Your website referenced is running an (almost) 4 year old version of wppizza (3.13.7 , current version being 3.19.6) which of course all other wppizza add-ons depend on.
            Furthermore , your wordpress version – as well as a multitude of other plugins – are about 4 years out of date.

            Please make sure your website (wordpress/plugin/themes) is up-to-date first of all.

            Of course let me know if there are still any issues once this is done.
