we have a curious problem with paypal orders. The payment is working and we get the paypal confirmation emails, but the orders are not shown correctly in the order history. They are displayed in the “failed” category.
I will post some of our error mails below.
The error also occurs sometimes (rare times) by Cash on Delivery. Maybe the problem can be related to the long loading times of the confirmation site? If the customer closes or reloads the site before it is loaded completely? I don’t know why this sometimes takes so long…
