on submitting the order you have a internal 500 error on your ajax request
this could be anything
i suggest you enable debug and check your debug log
http://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/>“Set as private reply” did not work as it says.
it most certainly doesyou are using a version of wppizza that is about a year and a half old
that bug was fixed ages ago as far as i know (regardless, it’s still an active license , just that that bug in that old version did not make it show up on that page)re php: generally 5.3+ is fine for wppizza, however , as it is not a standalone thing other things might cause issues for you somwhere
5.4 was eol in 2015 http://php.net/supported-versions.phpre smtp: the smtp settings in wppizza are deliberately low priority so a dedicated smtp plugin will – in most cases – override them (but of course if the settings in that dedicated smtp plugin are wrong , then that’s nothing i have control over).
re 1) / re 3) : without a link i cannot tell you anything really
re 2): i’ll make a note of that idea. but it’s not very high on my list of things to do i must admit
>i have added URL in Extention And its Active
i don’t understand what you mean by that . where have you added a URL in the extension…?set the closing times. that’s what they are for.
may i also generally suggest the help screens on the admin pagesapart form the fact that your file permissions are not correct
your main problem is thisSMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
which means your authentication settings are wrong (obviously)
only you or your host will know what these are , nothing i can help you withplease see the FAQ’s
http://docs.wp-pizza.com/faqs/ (this is mentioned in the T&C’s when purchasing too)
it spells out quite clearly how this worksthanks
>I simplified the function like below and I have the same problem:
of course. you are outputting things.
the return of the function you run on the action hook must not output anythingPS: just at a quick glance you probably want to look at your
.page-id-2045 #primary
css declaration you or your theme is defining somewhere
maybe i am missing something, but to me that sounds like
“i exported / imported the site elsewhere and now it’s different”
which suggests something somewhere is not a copy of the site as it was
i would suggest you search for and use one of the many cloning plugins available
I do not understand what it is you want me to tell you or do for you hereas i do not know what you’ve done when you are adding an action to that hook
i really have no ideawppizza is a wordpress plugin , nothing more, nothing less
and follows whatever wordpress is doingthanks for this – 10 points for creativity :)
v2 was tested with php7 too (although now some time ago) and i have not had any reports that say otherwise
i believe this is now fixed as of 3.0.25.2
(of course, please let me know if you still have any – or other- issues)This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.ok, i can reproduce this here
i believe this has something to do with
“Pickup as default: set “pickup” to be the default selection (make sure to clear your browser cache to see the effect)”
(WPPizza->Order settings : pickup)i’ll fix that.
in the meantime, you could work around that by setting this to be off until i have a fixthanks for flagging the issue
