yes, you are correct, this issue has happened before (though not really in the link you referenced, but that’s not important)
and as yet , I was never able to reproduce this , which is why you can find a “Repair Categories” option in “Wppizza -> Tools”

(you can typically also fix this by simply adding one or two dummy categories in WPPizza->Categories, deleting them again and reloading that page).
That’s just for your info though…

That said, your post is the first time someone actually spelt out what exactly he/she did to make this reproducable – i.e adding a category from *within the menu item / post page* as opposed to in the categories page itself – which I assume is where all those same problems in the past from other people came from too, so this clearly needs fixing my end in an update to the plugin.

At least I finally know where to look, so thank you for being that specific

In the meantime, the workaround outlined above should also let you fix this for the time being

that’s true, because that’s not what it does
as mentioned , you need to add the css declaration to the templates css

I really don’t know what the issue is.

It’s all coming from a template you can change.
I.e if you want it to look different, make it look different by simply adjusting the css to your liking and moving things around into whatever order you like in the template settings.

It’s not going to get any more flexible than this

Am a bit puzzled here, why use a “Print Order” template when you can just use add another “Email template” (they are in effect the same thing, barring the difference in the way css is applied – because email does not do stylesheets in many cases) and just set an email in additional recipients ?

I.e that kind of solution – if you want to call it that – already exists more or less , no?

PS: as it happens, i’ve just finished something I should be able to make available later today or tomorrow I would hope – which is not a like for like as this simply does not exist – but might be a solution for some/many

sorry, there are no updates and there won’t be any to that version as it will be soon superseeded by v4 which will work completely differently as the auth.net api has completely changed and the current way has been deprecated

although i am happy to add a couple of filters in that update to v4 (i suspect this to be available in the next week or 2)
– depending on the implementation you might choose (there will be different ones available using different auth.ent API implementations) – it’s not necessarily going to be possible to change credentials at the time the order is being submitted as those might have to be set *before* the order is submitted

you need to speak to your server / host why your pages are redirecting
and/or check your other plugins / themes as it might also be caused by them

i know nothing about your site/host/setup and cannot know why your pages are redirecting
