>If I install this plugin will it resolve the issue
depends on what the issue is….(in any case, it’s not my plugin so i have no idea)
>Can block this individual accessing the domain.
not if he/she then just uses a proxy or has a dynamic ip address or uses any other ip spoofing …
what’s worse, if you block an ip address and that ip is – at some point – allocated to someone else you will block that someone else who has done nothing wrong…
in short, this is a very crude way to do this.
if your client really gets a lot of fake orders, i would – if i were him – only accept credit card payments. not 100% foolproof of course as cc’s can be stolen etc, but a much better approach i would have thought
> I really need it my client receiving orders with false details
and how does an ip address help exactly ?
you are misunderstanding.
he/she would have to hack the core files (which is never a good idea)
well, of course he could , but things would have to be added in various places to do this. not just in the order history
no, it doesn’t work like that
at the moment, no (not without a bunch of additional coding anyway)
however, i will put it on my list of ideas to optionally capture user data such as ip address, browser used etc, as it might well come in useful in certain circumstances
can’t give you any ETA though as to when this will be avaulable
Hi
i would suggest you first of all have a bit of a read here
https://support.wp-pizza.com/forum/installation/
and here
https://support.wp-pizza.com/forum/faqs/
most – if not all – of your questions are probably answered there already
[email protected] is very unlikely to be the email address associated with your paypal account. you must enter the right email address in the paypal gateway settings field(s)
>Or are you talking about the email field in the Order Form Settings?
yes, sorry , typo my end (corrected now above)
please , next time give me a link to the actual direct pagelink on your server where your categories/items are.
having just the homepage link makes me have to search through all of your pages to find out where stuff isassuming we are talking about this one – http://staging.smithstreetdeli.com/?page_id=194 – it doesn’t really tell me much as it looks just fine to me. what i *WAS* referring to above regarding screenshots was the *admin* side of things regarding what your categories look like and in fact what shortcode(s) are you using on that page
if it’s easier for you, you can/could also reply to below with access details to your WP admin so i can have a look myself in the backend .
just make sure you set it to be a “private reply” if you give me admin access/details
i will check in the next few days and update the plugin if necessary.
might be something i have omitted .i’ll post here once i know what’s going on or if there is a reason why it is the way it is
>Is there a limit to the number of menu items or categories that can be used?
no (unless something else is limiting it somehow)
do you have screenshots of what exactly you are seeing (or not seeing) where ?
please start your own/new topic as this has nothing to do with what this thread is about
i have closed this topic now
although not sure why anyone would really want to do that , you could do the following
just do not use the dedicated email field in wppizza-> order form settings as email, but one of the other/custom ones.
no email will be sent to the customer (as the email field is essentially not set)…i’m not stopping you
huh ?
what accordion ?
sorry, i don’t think i understand the questionuse css. that’s what it’s for
