and how would there be a duplicated order, given that after items have been ordered the cart empties automatically …
please explain to me in which scenario this could possibly be useful
in theory one could of course programmatically add such attributes.
however, this sort of thing is not really within the scope of the plugin.
that is not to say it will not be added one day, but for the time being, there are no plans to implement this in the foreseeable future…sorry

at least one issue i could see has been fixed there.
whether this was your issue in particular i do not know.(as the looping of opening the thickbox is not something i can see here)anyway, update the plugin and let me know if that helps (and also if it does not )
not sure if that is the full story / problem, but using delivery by postcode popup AND add ingredients extension together causes an issue here too.
let me fix this particular possibility here first, then update (i’ll let you know) and check again so we can eliminate at least this one issue
something is forever re-opening the popup (thickbox) in a loop.
for texting, can you please turn off all other plugins (other than wppizza and wppizza add ingredients) and use a default theme (2015 or whatever you have there that comes with wordpess) and see if the issue persists ?if it behaves like that , please turn on other plugins one by one, see which one is causing it and get back to me

2 options :
a) re-think about how you set up your sizes in wppizza->meal sizes (i.e create one for pizza and one for sandwich etc). so your pizza ingredients for example only apply to that (pizza) size
or
b) use another custom group (on for your pizzas, one for your sandwiches etc) with type “exclude” as appropriate
looks like something chnged in wp 4.3+

no, there is no option for the user to fill in the rest unless you provide an additional field somewhere as you are suggesting. (so maybe the answer is yes here after all. anyway you get the idea)
layout could be done with css however you want itall order are saved and their own orders are visible to logged in customers by shortcode

if you want different minimum order prices, you would need that plugin(or program something using the filters available in the plugin))
