sounds more like you are using an old mysql version perhaps ?!
see requirements here
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wppizza/nothing has changed in the plugin so if it worked before, it should work now unless somthing has changed elsewhere.
off the top off my head, i believe there is also an option to turn on logging in the gateway.
if that’s on , check the logfiles in the log directory of the payeeze gateway for error etc logs.
it will/should tell you there what the problem is, provided the permissions are still correct (i believe you cloned your setup so the permissions should be cloned correctly too)i wasn’t actually referring to wordpress being up to date (although that’s of course a good idea too) but using the latest wppizza version
another simple way though to disable this – if you must – is using css to just hide the create/register element in the checkout page
this really is a server setup issue and depends on how that server is setup/configured.
you will have to speak to your host and/or server admin about this as i know nothing about your setup> is there any possibility to do this?
no.
if you want this off, you have to turn off “anybody can register”.
again, you should fix the underlying issue (i assume you re also using the latest version of the plugin of course)again, turn on debug and find your issue.
https://support.wp-pizza.com/topic/how-to-enable-debug-in-wordpress/
if you are not able to do this you should most certainly also not try to hack the plugin to disable something that – as far as i know – works just fine unless something else is not working elsewhere…..
sounds very much like a session issue.
i.e your sessions are not working / setup.obviously, if one site is a clone of the other, it’s your server setup that’s the difference
obviously an edge kind of case, but i’ll see what i can do / find out .
preperation times dhould of course be taken into consideration too when forcing the reload.might take a few days though
surely, the question here should not be how do i disable one thing if another thing does not work
but “why does the other thing (i.e email on registering) not work.you should turn on debug and find out / check your error logs when doing a registration via the checkout page
if you register users through the backend only, just disable “anyone can register” as you can still register through the backend that way regardless.
if that’s not what you meant, then i don’t think i understand the issue…>Is there an option to change that
at the moment, no. sorry
custom groups is what you want to be using
This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.just did a test there and seems to work fine
although i find the setup a bit strange having all your items on the orderpage as opposed to having a distinct order page by itself – ( in fact, I am somewhat surprised it even works that way but I’m not complaining if that’s what you want)
none of your other menu pages work of course, but i guess you know that as there is another plugin running there anyway…just saying
>I am not sure but it could be a session issue,
more likely to be a javascript error somewhere.
if you send me a link to your site i can have a look otherwsie check your console/wp debug logsit’s not about installing an ssl certificate for a particular site as such but the server having (typically) openssl installed/loaded – or at least that could also be part of the problem.
it works also just fine for a non ssl/https site provided the server setup doesn’t throw a spanner in the works (see firewall for example above )
get a faster server and – for starters – one that’s nearer to you.
from what i can see you are in south east asia somewhere and your server is in the UK which is good for your customers if they are in the UK, but not so good if the are near to where you are
>Using the Gmail settings in the SMTP part of WP Pizza will not work. …
yes it does. (works just fine here on 3 different servers)
however, you might find that your firewall blocks things…(port 465 for example) if you get a “cannot connect ” etcor maybe you do not have ssl installed…etc etc . all depends really on your particular scenario

just add it to the address as an extra line……….
wppizza-> localization -> Print Order Admin – [Address]: replace with your shop’s address [html allowed]
