      Dear Olly,

      I received a notification from WP today:

      “First, visit your website and check for any visible issues. Next, go to the page where the error occurred (https://*************.ch/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppizza&page=reports&from=2023-10-01&to=2023-11-01) and see if there are any visible problems.”

      I logged into WordPress and created a report for the period from October 1, 2023, to October 30, 2023, which indicates errors. Additionally, I tested another customer’s website, and the same issue is present there as well. Could you please create a report on your system and take a look?

        you need to enable debug on your site and show me the debug.log
        (https://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/)
        You *might* have to disable the fatal error handler too to get meaningful log entries

        i.e in your wp config add

        
define('WP_DISABLE_FATAL_ERROR_HANDLER', true);

          Dear Olly,

          In accordance with your response, I have created the debug.log file and sent it to you. I tested both versions, and as seen in the picture, there were no issues with V.3.17.2. However, problems arose after updating to Version 3.18.4.

          I hope this does not cause too much inconvenience.

              am I right in thinking that you only get this issue when setting a custom range (i.e settings the 2 distinct from/to dates) in the reports section ?

                Yes, just as you wrote, it only gives an error in manual filter selection.

                  I believe this is fixed now with v3.18.5
