I have a problem with the CNR + PREORDER plugins. In short:
1) Suppose it’s 12:30 PM
2) The “Order notification: Pickup time” text box is set to 10 min like shown in https://www.soledipizza.it/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/CNR.jpg
3) A customer orders me something for 14:00 PM
4) I get the new order
5) I immediately set the status of the order to “Acknowledged”
6) The notification text message is sent with the field {order_ready_time} that show “Your order will be ready at 12:40 PM”. Only 10 min plus the current time.
But he had asked the order will be ready for 14:00 PM not at 12:40 PM
What can be done to solve the problem?
