I have been receiving orders via email with a very small fonts. I have to zoom in, in order to see the orders. The website and the ordering system look fine but the emails i have been receiving is not.
Please let me know how to fix this!
sounds more like an email client issue as noone else seems to have that problem.
though there is a way to increase font sizes (by using certain filters), i think it would be a better idea if you were to send me the link to your site so i can do a test order to have a look first of all as to what the emails look like when i get them here
We view our order via the mail app in the ipad. We used to get regular size font but i don’t know what happened to the system that made the font smaller.
