Hello Oli,
after quite sometime my Company started started now selling food online again. While Updating your plugins the WPPizza Plugin (currently on version 3.6.4) was not able to Update to version 3.6.7 because WordPress is telling that the Plugin is already Up to date. Is there another way to Update the Plugin?
18 November, 2021 at 12:07 pm #58004Sorry for the late reply. For some reasons I did not get any notifications in the last few days that there were any new topics posted on here.
I really cannot see why wordpress would tell you that unless you updated the plugin already in the past with a higher version number somehow that is now stored in the database. Very odd…
Regardless, you can simply login at https://support.wp-pizza.com/my-account, download the latest version from there, unzip the archive and overwrite the old files with the new ones.I would however recommend that you first deactivate (DO NOT uninstall or you will loose all your settings) the plugin ,then overwrite the files and subsequently re-activate

My boss can’t find the plugin under his account, and i think it’s because he bought it before creating an account. But not really sure, could you maybe send the ZIP via Email again please? If you need a proof that we bought the plugin i could send you that via email too!
18 November, 2021 at 12:34 pm #58006I checked the database and there the Plugin has the version 6.3.4 too. Strange but anyways i found the download link and was able to download the plugin with the newest version.
