Hello, first of all thank you for this great plugin!
Im using a wordpress template to create a client restaurant site. I have installed your plugin and have some problems and I hope you can help me.

Problem 1) I want my page to look like https://support.wp-pizza.com/twentytwelve/. I want a top Navigation with my categories like its done on twentytwelve. My actually process is like: http://webdem.co.uk/indus/our-menu/starters/?preview_id=4194&preview_nonce=ae499c2c6d&_thumbnail_id=-1&preview=true

Problem 2) How to reduce white space between menu items.

I have read the installation instructions but might have got lost.
