For the first time, a customer asked me to activate the tips function, and after many years I have now used this feature for the first time. During testing, I noticed the following issue:

For our needs, the percentage option is not suitable. We are using “Add fixed value selection”.
In the “Fixed values selectable” field, I entered the following values:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

When completing the order, the tips dropdown correctly shows amounts from CHF 1 to CHF 10. I can select the desired amount and the tip is calculated correctly.

However, in the confirmation email, as shown in the screenshot, the selected amount is displayed directly after the word “Tip” together with a percent sign (for example: “Tip4%”).

I have tested all available options under “Tips Display” (the currently selected option can be seen in the screenshot), but the result does not change.

Only when I activate “Default” under “Tips Display” does an empty input field appear where the customer can manually enter the amount, and in that case it works correctly. With all other selection options, there seems to be an issue.
