      Hi Olly, we are having an issue in our kitchen with pre-orders and wondering if you have a suggestion. When an order comes in for later in the day, we are concerned that we’ll miss its time to fire that order. Is there a way an order can come in, but not become active until REQUESTED TIME minus PREP TIME? That way it would appear in Order History page as NEW at the right time for it to be fired? Thanks —

        i dont think i understand that question.
        what do you mean by “we’ll miss its time to fire that order”

        the plugin has an option to sort order by times requested in the order history (“Order Sorting:”)
        maybe that’s what you are looking for.
        other than that, it’s really up to you to manage orders coming in and prepare/going out

          I just mean that if we want to give an order to the kitchen 30 minutes before pick-up time, but the order came in hours earlier, I’m afraid we’ll miss the right time to put in the order to the kitchen. I’d love it if a pre-order became a STATUS=NEW order at REQUESTED TIME minus PREP TIME. But I get that’s not the way it works, I need to manage it on my end, but thought I’d ask! Thanks again.

            sure, no harm done
            but no, it doesnt do that and there are no plans to implement that from my side
