I just mean that if we want to give an order to the kitchen 30 minutes before pick-up time, but the order came in hours earlier, I’m afraid we’ll miss the right time to put in the order to the kitchen. I’d love it if a pre-order became a STATUS=NEW order at REQUESTED TIME minus PREP TIME. But I get that’s not the way it works, I need to manage it on my end, but thought I’d ask! Thanks again.
