re 1) are we talking about a note send by the customer to you (i.e added to the order) , or a (fixed) note you set ?

all that’s in there at the moment is the order history (with a print button next to it).
I’d say just download and install the plugin and have a look what’s there
i will – in the not too distant future – do something a bit more detailed regarding reporting, but – to make this more usable – i need to change a few things in the plugin/code , so there’s no ETA on that one yet as such I’m afraid
