Hi, I have some questions about functionality of your plugin.

On site http://www.yooweb.ch/piccobello/online-bestellen/ I have few problems:
– Sometimes, I can’t choose Zip/Post Codes, to be precise “OK” button simply doesn’t work. I tested it with several browsers and situation is exactly same
– After I choose meal and add to cart, and after that want to add another item to cart the second item price is not added to total price, I need to refresh browser to see changes.
– And finally, my “Submit Order” button doesn’t work either.

On site http://www.yooweb.ch/maestro-neu/menukarte/ I have same problems and addiotional one:

– The plugin does offer an option to exclude delivery costs for certain articles, but the option does not work as expected and it works in a way that the delivery cost is applied or excluded to ALL products instead of only certain products.
