      Hello, can someone help me please.

      I have setup to send a status update but customers don’t receive the message.
      On admin i get a notification email sent to nikol……[email protected] status:PROCESSED but message won’t arrive.

        you should turn on debug
        https://support.wp-pizza.com/topic/how-to-enable-debug-in-wordpress/
        and check what’s in there (if anything)

        and / or also look at your (mail) servers logfiles

          Hi, i turned on Debug but i have no errors.
          In my server logfile also no errors.
          I receive a message in backend that message was send to customer on statusupdate, but the message don’t arrive. Please i need to fix this. Every help is appreciated.

            sorry, but these are just codesnippets for you to use/edit and I know that they work as they are.

            If you have issues in your particular setup – mail settings, firewalls, php settings etc etc – or indeed of course just some scripting errors that you may have introduced – you will have to debug this yourself.
